Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales goals, managing a team, and helping to grow the company’s customer base and revenue.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Provide training and support to team members to improve performance.
- Handle key accounts and negotiate deals when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Benefits
- Salary: N80,000 – N120,000 monthly.
