Job Position: Sales Manager

Job Location: Awka, Anambra

Job Description

  1. Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 4 competent unit managers.
  2. Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies required to build brand visibility.
  3. Ensure the sales team achievesand surpasses its target.
  4. Utilize a consultative approach to convert potential leads to satisfied clients.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience is Property marketing/Agency and 3 years in a managerial role.
  3. Very proactive, target-driven and self motivated.
  4. Proven record of achieving sales target.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Proximity to location.
