Job Position: Sales Manager – Production Solutions

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • Eunisell Limited is seeking a dynamicand results-drivenSales Personnel to join our Production Solutions team.
  • This role is critical to driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with clients in the oil and gas sector.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the oil and gas industry, and operational background in well services or production systems, and the ability to connect with key decision-makers in International Oil Companies (IOCs) and other stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on their operational needs and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with IOCs and other major players in the oil and gas industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings in well services and production systems.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to support product development and positioning.
  • Represent Eunisell at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase the company’s capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the oil and gas industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Operational background in geosciences, reserve evaluation, well services, production systems, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with key decision-makers, with a strong network in IOCs being a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
