Job Description

  1. Sales Manager that would deliver outstanding customer service to customers, ensuring the achievement of the boutiques’ business goals (sales and profitability) as well as to promote and enhance the Polo brand, in line with corporate policies and procedures.
  2. Building client loyalty through the quality of their welcome, their ability to understand customers’ expectations, and the pertinence of their advice.

Job Responsibilities

  1. To achieve the annual sales and revenue target.
  2. To ensure that the service point procedures are adhered to.
  3. To coordinate the operations effectively and management of the boutique according to the operational guidelines set by the company.
  4. Accountable for reporting and updating management on boutique sales, customer footfall and profitability activities of the sales team.
  5. To achieve the annual sales and revenue target.

  9. To supervise the sales executives reporting process and guarantee daily, weekly and Monthly submission of reports.
  10. To preside over the weekly Monday meeting which will include role play, visual merchandising and product knowledge
  11. To revive all major dormant accounts into active buying customers.
  12. To resuscitate past corporate accounts, government business and sign-up new clients
  13. To sell all product category of brands carried by the company in volume for entry level, mid-range and high-end watches
  14. To initiate commercial transactions with all current and prospective clients of the company
  15. To actively develop, recruit new customers and sell into all sales channels B2C, B2B, B2G
  16. Provide excellent customer relationship management and after sales service.
  17. To sell out all inventory of ageing products.
  18. To oversee the activities of the account & inventory officer/office assistant and other staff.
  19. Lead, mentor and guide the sales team engendering a culture of teamwork, enthusiasm, work ethic and high sales achievement.
  20. Reports directly to the HOS with dotted line to Executive Director.
  21. Other task assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (candidates with international Degrees are encouraged to apply)
  • 12 – 15 years work experience in sales and 5 – 7 years in managerial level Experience in top luxury companies and top tier banks will be an added advantage
  • Professional Training, Certification or Membership is mandatory
  • Experience managing high net-worth individuals
  • Experience working as an affluent and private banker.
