Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

Job Description

  1. Provide effective account management to selected Accounts, maximising revenues, and
  2. identifying new business opportunities.
  3. Own and achieve/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
  4. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Applicants must have a strong sales background and should be able to demonstrate previous success and achievements.
  • 10 years sales management experience. Strong track record in consultative & solution selling.
  • Proactive user and believer in CRM to assist in delivering results.
  • High calibre individual who brings gravitas and the ability to diagnose/analyse complex commercial and strategic situations whilst establishing a trusted relationship at a senior level.
