Job Position: National Sales Manager – Corporate B2B

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  2. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  4. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  5. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  6. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.

Job Requirements

  1. BSc Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
  2. 7-15 years of experience in the sales field and especially in the sales of Electronics and Home Appliances.
  3. Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager
  4. Experience managing a high performance sales team
  5. An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  6. Strong communication and team management skills.
