Job Position: Regional Sales Manager

Job Location: Mainland, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create regional sales plans
  2. Support Store Manage with day-to-day store operation
  3. Evaluate store and individual performances
  4. Report on regional sales results
  5. Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
  6. Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  7. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  8. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  9. Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
  10. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

Job Requirements 

  1. HND, BSc Segree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
  2. Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager,
  3. Understanding of store operations
  4. Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
  5. Excellent communication skills
  6. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  7. Availability to travel as needed.
