Job Description

  1. As the Sales Manager for Luxury Brands, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with our elite clientele.
  2. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managerial roles, with a focus on luxury brands, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share for our luxury products.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the brand’s exclusivity.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
  5. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and insights to senior management, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the luxury sector.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a luxury brand setting.
  2. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. In-depth knowledge of luxury market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor landscapes.
  6. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
