Lange and Grant Commodities Limited is a manufacturing and integrated projects development company with a complete in-house assembling line facility to produce in a massive scale, large insulated sandwich panels made with polyurethane foam for commercial projects, low cost housing, using modular building technology and pre-engineered system. These are also essential materials for building low cost industrial estates.

Job Position: Sales Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  2. Meeting planned sales goals.
  3. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  4. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  5. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  6. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  7. The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  8. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  9. Promoting the organization and products.
  10. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Experience in B2B.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
  • 5+ years experience.
