Job Position: Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, and referrals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to assess team performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Training & Development: Provide training to the sales team on best practices, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
Job Requirement
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 7 years of experience.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 per month.
