Job Position: Sales / Marketing Manager For Web Design Firm
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for a dedicated and reliable sales/customer service manager with outstanding knowledge of digital marketing to join our web design sales team.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new sales online or offline
- Contact new and existing clients by phone, WhatsApp, email, chat. Etc.
- Manage social media accounts and generate new sales
- One on one interaction with prospective client (if required)
- Serve as an intermediary between web design team and clients
- Generate invoices, quotes for new and existing clients
- Daily report to management team
- Customer service support
- Manage sales team
Job Requirements
Preferred candidate must have:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 1 – 3 years experience.
- Outstanding knowledge of web design, web hosting, web advertising
- Good communication skills with strong command of English language
- Good writing and typing skills
- Good knowledge of Internet
- Strong sales background
- Outstanding telemarketing skills
- Outstanding customer support skills
- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Basic knowledge of how search engines (Google) works
- Strong social media skills, especially Instagram and Facebook
- Option to work from home.
Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 / month.
