Job Position: Sales Manager

Job Location: Isolo, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and oversee the implementation of the sales and channel development strategy to achieve sales and profitability target.
  2. Plan and implement customer retention strategies to ensure consistent sales volume and profitability margin.
  3. Plan and forecast the sales budget, and implement as approved by management.
  4. Participate in recruitment and training the sales force to deliver on company objectives.
  5. Manage sales management and financial information reporting.
  6. Responsible for identifying and appointing of specified number of Key Distributors and ensuring they meet company goals.
  7. Prepare a clear, concise and actionable joint Recare Ltd/KDs business plans for each distributor.
  8. Acts as business advisor to the Key Distributors using best practice and search and spin as a basic business development strategy.
  9. Build and develop Distributors financial strength through sound fiscal policy.
  10. Assist in the development of marketing strategies and the design of sales promotions to generate sales revenues.

Job Requirements

  1. The ideal candidate should be a graduate in any discipline.
  2. Minimum of 15 years experience in Sales and Distribution preferably in FMCG
  3. Must be proficient in the use of MS office software.
  4. Must presently be a Sales Manager or equivalent position.
