Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  3. Participate in recruiting process, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  7. Build and maintain competitive knowledge of the Africa real estate market and demonstrate deep local market knowledge of the sector in Nigeria.
  8. Perform Comprehensive Market Analysis to generate information on competitive positioning, current trends, and comparable sales and target market.
  9. Identify and manage prospective clients
  10. Negotiate prices and terms of sale

Job Requirement 

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  2. Must have 5 years work experience
  3. Excellent Presentation Skills.
  4. Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Creativity skills
  5. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  6. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  7. Strong business sense and industry expertise
  8. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  9. Excellent and numerous prospecting skills
  10. Strong database of High Net-Worth Individual
