Job Position: Sales Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Address team challenges and ensure consistent performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Track and analyse sales data to optimise performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Leverage CRM software and sales analytics tools to optimise sales processes and track performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- BSc / HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Proven experience in a Sales manager role, preferably in the Logistics/Transport firm and Financial institutions.
- Females are strongly advised to apply
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving solving and Leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and other sales enablement technologies.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
