Swift Consulting Limited – Our client in the Tech/Transport industry is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  2. Address team challenges and ensure consistent performance.
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  5. Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales initiatives with business goals.
  7. Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  8. Track and analyse sales data to optimise performance.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.
  10. Leverage CRM software and sales analytics tools to optimise sales processes and track performance metrics.

Job Requirements

  1. BSc / HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  2. Proven experience in a Sales manager role, preferably in the Logistics/Transport firm and Financial institutions.
  3. Females are strongly advised to apply
  4. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving solving and Leadership skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and other sales enablement technologies.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
