Job Position: Sales Manager / Sales Director
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  1. As the Sales Manager/Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and leading a dynamic team, and driving revenue growth across key markets.
  2. You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing scalable sales processes and cultivating a high-performance sales culture from the ground up.
  3. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who has successfully led sales teams of 10–20 people, especially in high-growth environments.
  4. You must be both strategic and execution-focused, comfortable operating in a startup setting.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  2. Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to improve performance.
  3. Set and track sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds them.
  4. Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  6. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on lead generation and brand positioning.
  8. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay competitive.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any sales-related issues promptly.
  10. Any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications / Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
  2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role of 8 -10 Years
  3. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  7. Analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Salary
N500,000 – N900,000 Monthly.
