Job Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Benin, Edo

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth in Benin.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, executing sales strategies and contributing to overall brand performance in the region.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in Benin markets to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and distributors to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  3. Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets, ensuring consistent product availability and visibility across the territory.
  4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to provide actionable insights that support sales and marketing strategies.
  5. Conduct product presentations, coordinate roadshows, and participate in promotional campaigns to increase product awareness and boost sales.
  6. Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, market activities, stock levels, and customer feedback to management.
  7. Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolution of client issues.

Qualifications / Requirements

  1. Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and its distribution channels.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
  7. Candidate must reside in Benin, Edo State.
