Job Description

  • We are seeking a talented and results-driven Head of Sales/Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building brand awareness, and shaping our market presence.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute the company’s sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve their highest potential.
  3. Develop and manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
  4. Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to refine product offerings.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  6. Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, collateral, and promotional materials.
  7. Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  8. Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the real estate industry
  3. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  5. Deep understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
  6. Proficiency in CRM and sales management software
  7. Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  8. Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  9. Fluency in Hausa
  10. Must be a resident of Abuja.
