Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Marketing Officer to join our growing tech startup.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the tech industry and a passion for driving business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to boost company growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and target audience needs.
- Create and manage campaigns to promote products and services.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a tech startup or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus.
