Job Position: Sales Officer

Location: Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

Are you a result-driven sales professional with a passion for real estate? We are looking for a Sales Officer to join our dynamic team and help us grow our client base, close property deals, and build lasting relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Actively generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  2. Promote and sell properties to clients both online and offline.
  3. Schedule and conduct site inspections with potential buyers.
  4. Maintain a database of clients and follow up on leads consistently.
  5. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
  6. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  7. Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and within a team.
  4. Good knowledge of the Lagos property market is an added advantage.
  5. Must be proactive, confident, and sales-oriented.
