Job Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and value relationships for conversion to the Organization’s customer base.
- Network with all potential clients in own locality/region to increase customer base.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain customer relationship management standard within the Organization.
- Input all customers activities into the CRM
- Ensure effective relationship management with new and existing customers to improve the Organization’s profitability position.
- Establish and increase contacts and opportunities by maximizing networking opportunities using multiple sources (conferences, events, etc.) to increase awareness.
- Provide regular feedback on market conditions, competitor activities and progress towards business objectives.
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from the Company’s products in a designated region
- Travelling to visit potential clients
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
- Meeting regular sales targets.
