Job Position: Sales Officer – Furniture
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing furniture company in Victoria Island, Lagos.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of high-quality furniture products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets.

The role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Promote and sell furniture products to walk-in customers and corporate clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Understand client needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
  4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  5. Provide accurate product information, pricing, and after-sales support.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Maintain an organised showroom display and ensure all products are properly tagged and presented.
  8. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
  9. Stay updated on furniture trends, product features, and competitors’ offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. OND qualification / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1 – 3 years of experience in furniture sales or a similar retail environment.
  3. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Customer-oriented attitude with a keen eye for design and product appeal.
  5. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  6. Must be willing to work weekends and extended hours.

Salary
N180,000 / Month.
