Job Position: Sales Personnel (Bricks)

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
  2. Demonstrating and presenting products.
  3. Establishing new business.
  4. Maintaining accurate records.
  5. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
  6. Reviewing sales performance.
  7. Negotiating contracts and packages.
  8. Working towards monthly or annual targets.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification.
  • 5+ years experience in a full-time sales role for a business, preferably experience selling in a brick producing company or real estate industry.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets.
  • Resilience.
  • Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written.
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Professional, Organized, and Well-presented at all times.
  • Computer savvy and able to compile reports on a daily basis detailing their locations, movement, and contacts made.
  • Must be able to back up your sales expertise with facts and figures.
  • Must be able to talk about sales and marketing at a detailed level in order to feed the marketing team with the necessary information to support the sales process.

Skills:

  1. Powerpoint and Excel for data capturing, analytics, and Presentation.

Salary

  1. Basic Salary: N100,000 monthly (Net)
  2. Transport Allowance: N20,000 monthly
