Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Description

  1. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth, leveraging your expertise and networks in the exhibition industry.
  2. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the exhibition or events industry.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  2. Proactively seek out new business opportunities and strategically expand the company’s client base.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships and act as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
  4. Understand clients’ needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
  5. Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  6. Regularly track and report on sales performance to management.
  7. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our exhibition services and offerings.
  8. Present our company’s value proposition and benefits to potential clients with confidence and professionalism.
  9. Negotiation and Contract Management: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  10. Ensure all contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
  11. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  12. Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth strategies.
  13. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and event management teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and successful event delivery.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the exhibition or events industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the exhibition landscape, including key players, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  6. Proactive and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  7. High level of professionalism, integrity, and adaptability.
  8. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
