Job Position: Sales Representative
Location: Opebi, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure every pre-assigned sales target is met each month.
  2. Approach customers as they enter the showroom, inquire about the type of furniture they want, make suggestions and show them around
  3. Manage the sales process and close every sale with potential customers.
  4. Politely respond to questions/inquiries raised by customers, conduct suggestive selling to move multiple products, process the paperwork and arrange financing when needed.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customers who do not make a purchase and follow up as needed.
  6. maintain a clean and organised appearance of the showroom by regularly dusting and arranging displays, putting up any point-of-sale information and tags accurately
  7. Carry out physical inventory counts and assist with orders.
  8. Constantly learn about new products and be able to explain specific features of various products to customers.
  9. Ensure maximum focus is given to excellent service and customer satisfaction.
  10. Process quotes and sales orders
  11. Assist in showroom set-up, design, and presentation of products
  12. Convert visitors into lifelong clients by being able to deliver timely follow-up, provide quality service, and ensure client satisfaction
  13. Explain different customizable features to customers and show them how to maximise their features.
  14. Discuss warranties and replacement of parts.
  15. Notify installers after closing a sales deal to collapse and package purchases.
  16. Represent and promote the organisation’s products and services at events such as sales parties
  17. Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to sell products and services.
  18. Ensure pricing is correct and accurate.
  19. Notify the sales supervisor of any after-sales issues with customers.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 2 – 4 years of work experience.

Benefits

  1. Salary: N70,000 Monthly.
  2. HMO, Pension, and also commission.
