Job Location:Minna, Niger

Job Description

  1. Responsible for the growth of Lucky pens business in the Area, recruit new customers and enhance satisfactions of existing customers.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Generate sales and ensure products delivery in the assigned Areas
  2. Regularly review with the Customers their performance in lines with agreed target.
  3. Develop Areas Business Plan for the region and the Customer Business plan for each customer in the Areas.
  4. Develop New Sales opportunities within designated Areas.
  5. Proper liaison between customers with the relevant stakeholders (sales, finance, supply chain, and factory) in order to guarantee growth and customer satisfaction.
  6. Manage the relevant documentation for delivery to customers.

KPIs

  1. Achieve sales targets
  2. Number of new customers
  3. Frequency of orders
  4. Service level (speed of delivery).

Job Requirements

  1. HND or B.Sc in any Degree.
  2. Relevant experience in sales and business development functions.
  3. Good knowledge of Microsoft operating system especially Power-Point & Excel
  4. Proficient in the use of English language
  5. Valid driving license.
