Job Position: Sales Representative
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner within both the boutique and wine areas.
  2. Understanding customer needs and preferences for clothing, accessories, and wine.
  3. Providing knowledgeable recommendations and information about products in both categories.
  4. Facilitating sales by guiding customers through the selection process and closing transactions.
  5. Building and maintaining relationships with regular customers.
  6. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  7. Staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends in both fashion and wine.
  8. Presenting merchandise attractively through visual merchandising and ensuring the store is well-organised and appealing.
  9. Processing sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  10. Handling cash and card payments and providing accurate change.
  11. Assisting with inventory management, including restocking shelves and notifying management of low stock.
  12. Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and wine storage areas.
  13. Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  14. Communicating effectively with colleagues and management regarding sales, customer feedback, and inventory needs.

Job Requirements

Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 – 5 years of experience.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
