Job Description

  1. The Sales Associate will be responsible for acquiring loan customers, He or she is responsible for revenue generation via an efficient collection system, enhancing revenue within existing clients’ portfolios through wallet growth and repeat sales as well as seeking new clients & businesses within the assigned territory/region portfolio.
  2. Aside from asset creation, he or she is meant to always ensure an excellent experience/service delivery satisfaction.
  3. Achieve set asset (loan) growth.
  4. Always deliver an excellent client experience, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.
  5. Sourcing of customers to access the Company’s products and services.
  6. Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  7. Identifying target markets and sales tactics to improve product offerings.
  8. Booking of loans and ensuring collection of repayments.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  10. Extensive technical knowledge of how technology can be used to enhance business operations.
  11. Ensures compliance with the company’s values, policies, and standards, and ensures compliance with all local statutory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc in Business Administration / Marketing / Sales / related disciplines
  • Post NYSC and previous industry experience in a Finance company as a sales staff is highly recommended.

Remuneration
Salary plus commission.
