Job Position: Sales Representative
Location: Warri, Delta

Job Responsibilities

  1. Attending to customers with a warm smile.
  2. Be involved in the process of stock control and management.
  3. Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products.
  4. Stocking shelves with products appropriately using First-In-First-Out Method.
  5. Carry out routing checks to identify and report soon to expire products.
  6. Reporting price discrepancies and problems to the HOD/ Floor Manager.
  7. Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new products to customers.
  8. Promptly report customers feedback and complaints to HOD/FM for resolution.

Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an SSCE, OND/ HND / B.Sc. Degree
  2. Must be resident in Warri.
  3. Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or possess exemption letter
  4. Possess a minimum of seven (7) year experience working in a retail environment, ideally must have at least five (5) years experience working in a mall.
  5. Customer service-oriented.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Should be between the ages of 18 years to 35 years age as at the time of engagement.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 / Month.
