Job Position: Sales Representative
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain relationships with both existing and potential customers, understanding their needs.
  2. Showcase products and services to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
  4. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly.
  7. Identify opportunities for promotions, events, and partnerships to drive sales.
  8. Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Job Requirements and Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. 1-3 years of sales experience in the retail business.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Goal-oriented, driven, and resilient.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
  2. Experience with visual merchandising and store displays.
  3. Social media savvy, with a keen eye for brand aesthetics.

Job Offer
