Job Position: Depot Sales Representative

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure prompt and accurate confirmation of quantity release for loading.
  2. Running loading program promptly and efficiently in line with the standard procedure.
  3. Ensure a smooth and efficient process in the loading of products from the depot to the company’s trucks.
  4. Liaising with PTD union, DPR, NUPENG, PEF and other government regulatory bodies for smooth loading and other matters.
  5. Liaising with the sales team to know the destination of trucks and ensure client’s satisfaction.
  6. Dispatch the truck to the destination successfully and within the time frame.
  7. Carry out market surveillance and competitor analysis as it relates to prices, products, quality, etc.
  8. Maintain security, integrity, and safety at the depot by adhering to all the Depot safety, regulatory and organizational procedures, and policies.
  9. Submitting the company’s truck registration number for programming.
  10. Sending daily loading reports for PMS and AGO promptly and accurately.
  11. Sending Weekly loading remittance and other required deport operations reports.
  12. Provide support for fleet monitoring and management.

Job Requirements

  1. BA / BSc / HND
  2. Minimum of 2 years experiences in depot operations and downstream oil and gas operations.
  3. Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  4. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools.
  5. Effective communication skills & excellent Interpersonal skills
  6. Negotiating and Decision-making skills.
  7. Management ability and supervisory skills.
