Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Follow-up with leads to increase sales.
  2. Generate leads.
  3. Attract prospective clients to new business.
  4. Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  5. Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home/land, then show properties that meet those needs
  6. Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  7. Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties, and the surrounding neighbourhood.
  8. Get 5% on any sales made.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  2. Must reside at Ikeja respectively.
  3. Must be sales oriented.
  4. Preferably a Female.

Salary
N60,000 / month.
