PachaMama Foods is an agri-business Nigerian company dedicated to the production and sales of quality natural, healthy, tasty and affordable food without compromising international quality standards. We provide solutions to key nutritional problems in children and adults especially in developing countries. The name “PachaMama” is translated in English as Mother Earth and inspired by this, we likened it to “Mother Earth without corruption”, hence at PachaMama Foods, we sell foods made with the best quality locally sourced non-GMO ingredients gotten from small/medium size farmers who with us believe in sustainable farming. Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Having a comprehensive knowledge of all PachaMama Foods products, the company, and FAQs.
  2. Providing relevant information needed to develop the territory sales plan and strategies towards achieving the agreed sales target.
  3. Cultivating and maintaining a cordial relationship with customers of the company to ensure a long-lasting business relationship.
  4. Ensuring payments of monies owed the company are paid promptly and effectively.
  5. Ensuring supervision and achievement of assigned merchandisers targets to key accounts.
  6. Train regularly all merchandisers on all PachaMama Foods products, health benefits and FAQs.
  7. Coordinating POP and Promos in assigned locations and implement the sales plan and strategies.
  8. Ensuring adherence to company policies as regards sales, marketing, and credit control.
  9. Seeking out and recommend for appointment potential distributors.
  10. Assisting to monitor and review regularly distributors’ performances and makes recommendations as to their retention or dismissal.
  11. Maintaining close contact with customers and reports on sales performance, market trends, competition, and other environmental factors that may impact sales within the territory and recommends counter-strategies.
  12. Providing technical, marketing, and sales support to the company’s customers.
  13. Reporting on customers’ feedback and complaints to Marketing Sales Manager.
  14. Preparing a visit schedule and conduct visits to customers to promote sales and maintain good customer relationships.
  15. Write weekly and monthly sales report on the business activities.
  16. Monitoring stock level in operation depot/stores and report on stock condition and age weekly. Request for replenishment based on customers’ requests and anticipated orders.
  17. Maintaining adequate care and use of the company’s vehicles and other assets.
  18. Ensuring efficient management of float by operating within the agreed budget.
  19. Performing all other official assignments for the effective implementation of the company’s sales objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / OND qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
