Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  2. Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and negotiate terms to close deals.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  4. Utilize excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  5. Meet and exceed sales quotas by consistently closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and solutions.
  7. Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the sales management team.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.
  4. Demonstrated boldness, confidence, and the ability to take initiative in sales situations.
  5. Result-driven mindset, with a commitment to achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  6. Practical knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management.
  7. Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record client interactions and sales activities.
  8. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations, combined with a focus on achieving desired outcomes.
  9. Keen interest in conducting research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  10. A passion for building and nurturing relationships with clients to drive long-term business growth.

Salary

  • N100,000 monthly.
