Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales and Office Personnel to join our team.
  • This multifaceted role combines sales activities with office administration, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation while driving our business growth.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to balance sales responsibilities with office management tasks effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  2. Initiate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand their needs and offer suitable products or services.
  3. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Handle post-sale support and follow-up.
  4. Oversee day-to-day office operations including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  5. Accurately input and manage data, including client information, sales records, and other relevant documents.
  6. Provide general administrative support to the team including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and assisting with various projects as needed.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
