Job Position: Sales Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to drive sales and market expansion for our home appliance products in Lagos.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in the home appliance industry.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the region
  2. Identify and engage potential customers, retailers, and distributors
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and closing deals
  5. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to optimise sales approaches
  6. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the home appliance or electronics industry
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  3. Knowledge of the market and the ability to build relationships with local retailers and distributors
  4. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and result-driven
  5. Excellent communication skills in English and the preferred language of the region
  6. Must reside in or be willing to travel frequently within the region.
