Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Promote and sell company products and services to both prospective and existing customers
  2. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with both existing and prospective customers
  3. Reach out to prospective customers through cold calling
  4. Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the stipulated time and schedule
  5. Call bulk customers to place their orders/requests
  6. Prepare and submit daily sales report to the line manager
  7. Follow-up with dormant customers
  8. Escalate customer’s complaints and issues to ensure maximum satisfaction
  9. Gather information about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales growth
  10. Have a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, and demonstrate and communicate the benefits and value propositions to both existing and prospective customers.
