Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead the sales of our products in NIGERIA. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the heavy equipment industry and a proven ability to build strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and market penetration in NIGERIA.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Risk Management: Implement effective sales risk control measures to minimize losses and optimize revenue.
  • Product Support: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Brand Promotion: Represent SANY NIGERIA at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide excellent after-sales support to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the heavy equipment or generator industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the NIGERIAN market and its specific customer needs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM software.
