Job Position: Sales Supervisor
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and support the sales team to achieve targets.
  2. Ensure exceptional in-store experience and customer service.
  3. Oversee product displays, inventory management, and POS operations.
  4. Track sales performance, provide reports, and train team members.
  5. Support marketing campaigns, corporate orders, and special requests.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  2. 3 – 4 years of experience in retail supervision or customer-facing sales.
  3. Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
