Job Position: Sales Supervisor
Location: Ogudu, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and support daily supermarket operations
  2. Lead, motivate, and train team members
  3. Ensure shelves are fully stocked and the store is clean and well-presented
  4. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
  5. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment
  6. Assist with cash handling, banking, and opening/closing procedures
  7. Ensure health & safety and food safety standards are met

Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc. degree with previous experience in a retail or supermarket environment (supervisory role preferred).
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills
  3. Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
  5. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings
  6. Basic IT skills (e.g., using POS systems, stock software).
