Job Position: Sales Supervisor

Job Description

  1. We are looking to hire a customer-oriented restaurant supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly.
  2. The restaurant supervisor’s responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers’ orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers. You should also be able to identify ways to decrease the restaurant’s operational costs.
  3. To be successful as a restaurant supervisor, you should exercise effective management skills and take necessary disciplinary actions to address poor staff performance.
  4. Ultimately, a top-performing restaurant supervisor should be able to achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a pleasant restaurant experience.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Sell and promote customer products
  2. Champion and achieve sales target
  3. Prepare sales duty roaster
  4. Supervise cleaning in sales environment
  5. Ensure availability of food on counter as at when due
  6. Ensure morning Prayers and pep talk
  7. Hand over target to all sales reps
  8. Follow processes on QC’s check list
  9. Avoid stock out
  10. All products must be sampled to ensure quality
  11. Do production planning for the next day by 4pm and make necessary arrangement to avoid short falls.
  12. Check for availability of raw materials with production supervisor
  13. Ensure that production head leaves a report at the end of the shift
  14. Write a handing-over report for the supervisor taking over staff.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or hospitality is advantageous.
  • 2 – 4 years work experience.
  • Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Strong management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Monthly Salary
N45,000 – N60,000 / month.
