Wellcome Nigeria Food Co. Limited – A new fast-rising snack, FMCG company, a subsidiary of CWay Nigeria, producing an outstanding snack consumable by both children and adults.

Job Position: Sales Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities

  1. Training new members of the sales team
  2. Setting sales quotas
  3. Answering questions from the sales staff
  4. Monitoring sales performance and addressing issues when necessary
  5. Completing sales reports and other administrative work
  6. Addressing customer service issues that need to be escalated
  7. Supporting the sales management team as needed
  8. Selling products or helping sales staff negotiate and close deals

Requirements

  1. Degree or certificate in any related field
  2. At least 5 years of working experience with any FMCG, preferably a snacks company.

Salary
N150,000 – N170,000 Monthly.
