Job Position: Sales Support Executive

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

  • The Female Sales Support role is responsible for assisting customers, maintaining a welcoming store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving store goals.
  • The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, excellent customer service skills, and is highly organized with a keen eye for detail. Must be living around Lekki environs.

Job Responsibilities
Customer Service:

  • Greet customers as they enter, offering a warm welcome and a personalized shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in finding items that suit their needs, answering questions, and providing product knowledge.
  • Handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Process transactions at the cash register, including cash, credit, and returns, accurately and efficiently.

Sales Support:

  • Support sales associates in reaching store sales targets by assisting in customer engagement and upselling techniques.
  • Ensure fitting rooms are clean, organized, and ready for customer use.
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor and ensure displays are tidy, visually appealing, and follow merchandising guidelines.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, seasonal product releases, and promotional offers.
  • Provide customers with insights and style suggestions based on current fashion trends.

Inventory and Stock Management:

  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new merchandise.
  • Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accurate inventory and restock sold-out items promptly.

Store Maintenance:

  • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Assist with in-store events, promotions, and seasonal decor updates to create a welcoming environment.

Job Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in retail or fashion is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, customer-driven environment.
  • Proactive with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of women’s fashion trends and a passion for style.
