Job Position: Sales Support Executive

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and update customer data (SAP, ERP, and CRM).
  2. Prepare sales quotation, sales orders, and ERP report.
  3. Monitor daily sales activities, leads and opportunities.
  4. Assist with preparation of bids and proposals.
  5. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  6. Collate and prepare sales reports.
  7. Manage customer’s vendor portal.
  8. Other additional tasks as given.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND in any discipline.
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  3. Knowledge of ERP and CRM is an added advantage.
  4. Candidate to be proficient in Microsoft excel and willing to learn.
  5. Microsoft office suite proficiency.
