- Job Position: Sales Team Lead
- Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue and attract overall revenue for the company.
- Develop & implement excellent sales strategies in line with the company’s sales policy.
- Establish business relationships with relevant stakeholders such as distributors and stores, partners, and collaborators to achieve company sales goals.
- The Sales Team lead is also responsible for the monitoring of the Sales Cycles and filling availability and payment gaps as at when due.
- Create a database of customers and prepare periodic reports on stakeholders and sales activities in the company’s territories.
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
- HND or B.Sc in Sales or Marketing or any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in the sales of FMCG products.
- Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
Salary
- N120,000 monthly.
