  • Job Position: Sales Team Lead
  • Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales revenue and attract overall revenue for the company.
  • Develop & implement excellent sales strategies in line with the company’s sales policy.
  • Establish business relationships with relevant stakeholders such as distributors and stores, partners, and collaborators to achieve company sales goals.
  • The Sales Team lead is also responsible for the monitoring of the Sales Cycles and filling availability and payment gaps as at when due.
  • Create a database of customers and prepare periodic reports on stakeholders and sales activities in the company’s territories.
  • Train and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc in Sales or Marketing or any discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in the sales of FMCG products.
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.


  • N120,000 monthly.
