Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local real estate market and a desire to provide exceptional service to clients.Also help in recruiting and leading of marketers.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Recruit and build a Sales/Marketing team.
- Lead and manage the sales/marketing team
- Provide market analysis and pricing recommendations.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct property showings and open houses.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Stay updated on local market trends and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND qualification or a BSc Degree with 2 – 5 years of experience.
Valid real estate license in [State]. - Previous experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
