Job  Overview

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local real estate market and a desire to provide exceptional service to clients.Also help in recruiting and leading of marketers.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  2. Recruit and build a Sales/Marketing team.
  3. Lead and manage the sales/marketing team
  4. Provide market analysis and pricing recommendations.
  5. Develop and maintain client relationships.
  6. Conduct property showings and open houses.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements.
  8. Stay updated on local market trends and regulations.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND qualification or a BSc Degree with 2 – 5 years of experience.
    Valid real estate license in [State].
  2. Previous experience in real estate sales preferred.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
