Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee general running of the business.
  • Ensure salon policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Keep records of income and expenses and produce weekly reports.
  • Carry out inventory monthly.
  • Manage client expectations and any complaints.
  • Respond and follow up with email messages.
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings
  • Galvanize the salon team.
  • Have effective leadership skills.

Requirements / Compulsory Skills

  • Know how to use excel.
  • Social media savvy.
  • Conflict resolution.
  • Well written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND qualification
  • 2 years Experience.

Other Requirements:

  • Should have easy access to Ikoyi
  • Available to work a minimum of 2 Sundays a month.

Remuneration
N75,000 – N95,000 / month.
