Job Summary

The HR Intern will support daily HR functions and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, documentation, and HR administration. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in starting a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help prepare HR documents such as employment letters, memos, and reports.
• Participate in organising company events, trainings, and engagement activities.
• Support payroll preparation by providing the necessary employee information.
• Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel.
• Assist with performance management tasks and data collection.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
• Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
