We build solutions for sectors such as telecommunications, energy, retail and service businesses, universities & colleges, schools, health sector and governments. Our software solutions can be classified into two; application software and middleware solutions.

Job Position: Scrum Master

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in identifying business needs and system requirements
  2. Enforcing full adoption of AGILE methodology and Managing a Scrum Team
  3. Responsible for Product Delivery with the Technology Team.
  4. Assist in the in-depth analysis of the business requirements and systems specifications
  5. Conduct feasibility studies on proposed solutions
  6. Provide analysis to support the development of business cases
  7. Support the preparation of proposals for modified or replacement systems
  8. Conduct analysis on the risk and benefits for the proposed solutions
  9. Analyse systems and processes to identify enhancement opportunities to resolve system gaps
  10. Evaluate the ability of an existing system to support proposed changes and identify systems deficiencies and performance gaps
  11. Ensure proposed solutions and/or enhancements are aligned with user needs and requirements
  12. Identify and conduct feasibility analysis of proposed solutions and/or enhancements to systems
  13. Prepare proposals for proposed solutions and/or enhancements to systems
  14. Assist with translating business requirements into functional specifications
  15. Document specifications and interfaces between legacy and new systems, and systems enhancements and detailed specifications
  16. Act as the liaison between users and technical staff throughout the solution implementation cycle
  17. Develop test plans and test cases
  18. Support users on change control and systems updates and escalate issues to relevant team members for resolution
  19. Document post-test evidence of expected results or defects Coordinate training for new users

Job Requirements

  1. First Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other related courses.
  2. High Competent with AGILE methodologies, Scrum and Kanban.
  3. Certification is CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and/or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a HUGE plus.
  4. Thorough understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, management obligations, requirements and dynamics
  5. Interpersonal skill
  6. Project management skill
  7. Client management skill
  8. Good time management skills
  9. Be able to  interpret wide range of information
  10. Ability to work with excel and powerpoint
  11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  12. Ability to work with diverse teams.
