Job Qualifications
- Higher National Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other staff members.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of office procedures and etiquette.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
